Watch didn't work, neither did Amazon buyer assistance : TAG Heuer Men's CAF1010.BA0821 Aquaracer Chronotimer Analog-Digital Watch

I am very frustrated that I received this watch and the hour hand is totally misaligned. For example... When it is noon, the limited hand points to "12" position while hour hand is situated between "12" and "1". The situation repeats itself for any of the other positions. I checked the manual and Internet but was unable to figure out how to fix it. Also, please be aware that such items as an costly Tag Heuer acquired from Amazon do not come with the International Card warranty so you cannot take it for mend in one of the authorized dealers. After all, I believe that Amazon should make it very clear that the watches they sell do not carry industry warranty, but only Amazon warranty.
